The achievement of these quality awards is only the beginning. Magnode continues to look for better ways to serve its customers and improve the quality of its products. Greg Hinsey, Corporate Director of Quality, says it best. "We have demonstrated that we have high quality standards by becoming ISO 9002 and QS-9002 certified. Now we must continuously improve our quality systems to meet the needs and expectations of our customers now and in the future."
Magnode is investigating the requirements necessary to become certified to the ISO-14000 standard, Environmental Management System, prior to the end of the millennium.
