Magnode Corporation's newest fabrication division is located in Monroe, Ohio, which lies approximately five miles east of the Trenton, Ohio, corporate office. The Monroe division employs approximately 50 employees. This ISO 9002 facility is dedicated to the consumer electronic market segment and has been in service since 1997. The 55,000 square foot facility is equipped to fabricate aluminum extrusions through:
- Precision sawing,
- Automatic deburr and gauging,
- Application of various surface finishes such as aluminum oxide bead blasting, brushing, embossing, debossing and polishing,
- CNC machining, and
- Silk-screening applied through pad printing technology.
The Monroe division falls under the responsibility of the general fabrication umbrella. Anthony R. Walter, vice president fabrication services, manages both the Indianapolis, Ind., and Monroe, Ohio, facilities.
Gregory M. Hinsey is the general manager for the Monroe division and also serves as the corporate director of quality control.
